RealFitt Activewear Returns Policy

At RealFitt Activewear, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you're not happy, here's how you can return your items:

  1. Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and free from damage or alterations.

  2. Exclusions: Certain items like underwear and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty. Sale items may have different return conditions.

  3. Return Process: Simply use your order number and email to start the process. Pack your items carefully and send them back to us.

  4. Refunds & Store Credit: You can choose between a store credit or a refund for your return. Please note, the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with detailed information and photos of the issue.
